Description
The Ski Erg is a very popular item in all environments from a Home to a Gym.
The flywheel uses air resistance to create a smooth, quiet ride that responds to your efforts. The damper is your resistance, allowing you to adjust gearing of your ski erg.
The Performance Monitor connects via Bluetooth to a wide range of apps.
PERFORMANCE MONITOR
Every Ski Erg Erg includes our most advanced Performance Monitor being the PM5.
It is calibrated so you’ll be able to directly compare your times and distances with other people, as well as track your progress.
The monitor gives you a wide range of data, including pace, watts, cadence (rpm) and Calories and automatically stores this information.
The PM5 is powered by 2 D-cell batteries whenever it is not being powered by the flywheel.
The PM5 monitor on the Ski Erg has both Bluetooth and ANT+ wireless connectivity, allowing it to connect to many heart rate belts, fitness devices and apps such as Zwift to monitor your progress.
WALL MOUNTED OR FLOOR STAND OPTIONS
The Ski Erg can be either mounted on a wall or used with a floor stand.
Either option is provided with the kits to either bolt to the wall or hardware to connect floor stand to Ski Erg
DRIVE ROPES
The Ski Erg relies on high-strength light weight ropes in its drive system.
These are very robust and will withstand the most vigorous workouts
FLYWHEEL AND DAMPER
The Ski Erg responds to your effort on every pull, so you are in full control of your exertion and resistance at all times.
Damper lever allows you to adjust the resistance settings quickly to replicate a flat terrain or up hill battle.
ASSEMBLY
The Ski Erg requires very little assembly. There are a total of twelve screws, and we include all necessary tools and clear instructions with lots of pictures.
