The Primal Pro Series Adjustable Row allows safe and effective rowing movements against plate loaded resistance. The revolutionary handle mount design allows you to alter the angle of pull to better isolate upper back / rear delts or lats as you wish. Set the handle high for rear delt emphasis or drop it low and tuck your elbows in to your sides for maximal lat activation.

The exact rate at which tension drops off in the contracted position is controlled by the starting angle of the adjustable handle stem.
