Description
The Row Erg is a very popular item in all environments from a Home to a Gym.
The flywheel uses air resistance to create a smooth, quiet ride that responds to your efforts. The damper is your resistance, allowing you to adjust gearing of your row erg
The Performance Monitor connects via Bluetooth to a wide range of apps.
PERFORMANCE MONITOR
Every Row Erg includes our most advanced Performance Monitor being the PM5.
It is calibrated so you’ll be able to directly compare your times and distances with other people, as well as track your progress.
The monitor gives you a wide range of data, including pace, watts, cadence (rpm) and Calories and automatically stores this information.
The PM5 is powered by 2 D-cell batteries whenever it is not being powered by the flywheel.
The PM5 monitor on the Row Erg has both Bluetooth and ANT+ wireless connectivity, allowing it to connect to many heart rate belts, fitness devices and apps such as Zwift to monitor your progress.
DEVICE HOLDER
Each new Row Erg comes with a device holder that allows you to keep your smartphone or tablet securely in place.
HEIGHT OPTIONS
The standard Row Erg has a 14” seat height, while the elevated version has taller legs that provide a 20” seat height.
The taller version is a good choice if you like the convenience and appearance of a taller machine. The increased seat height can also make it easier to get on and off.
FLYWHEEL AND DAMPER
The Row Erg responds to your effort on every pull, so you are in full control of your exertion and resistance at all times.

Rowers features wheels at the front to allow easy manoeuvrability.
Can also be split into 2 pieces for easier storage when not in use

Adjustable footrests allow for quick and easy sizing to fit a wide range of shoe sizes.
ASSEMBLY
All that is needed to assemble the Row Erg is to install the front legs.
